CT Technologist - Bloomington, Indiana

Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift Details: 12-hour night shifts on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday

Required Credentials & Certifications for Onboarding

• Professional Credentials:

  • Prime Orientation Packet (includes "Essentials" Form and Post Test)

  • Hepatitis B vaccination (declinations not accepted at some locations)
  • Influenza Vaccine or declination (required Nov 1 - Mar 31)
  • TB Test within 1 year of start date
  • Varicella vaccination or titer showing immunity
  • Tdap vaccination (declinations not accepted at some locations)
  • Fit Test (annual respirator fit test completed prior to start)
  • Physical/Health Statement (annual, must state clear to work)
  • Prime Drug Screening (minimum 10-panel test including THC, within 60 days of start)

• Testing & Exams:

  • Prime Core Competencies Exam (minimum 80%)
  • Prime Skills Checklist
  • Prime Specialty Exam (minimum 80%)
  • Prime Color-blind test (annual)

• Optional:

  • Prime Badge Photo (JPEG headshot, facility specific)
