Job Opportunity: CT Technologist

Location: Mishawaka, Indiana
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Shift: 10-hour nights, Monday-Thursday, 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM

Required Certifications & Licenses

• ARRT-CT certification
• BLS (American Heart Association) certification (required for all direct patient care personnel)
• Valid state license/certification with verification dated within 30 days of start

• 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) with chest x-ray if positive TB (per state guidelines)
• Varicella (proof of vaccination or IgG titer)
• Physical/Health Statement (exam within last year confirming fitness to work)
• Criminal Background Check (federal, nationwide, county for last 7 years, including SSN verification, dated within 30 days of start)
• Education Verification (highest academic degree or diploma/GED)
• EPLS, OIG, NSO, OFAC screenings (dated within 30 days of start)
• Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form (signed)
• System Access Form (completed and uploaded one week before start)
• Skills Checklist (provided by agency for clinical contractors)
• Tdap vaccine (current, non-expired; declination accepted if no pediatric interaction)

Additional Notes

• All certifications, licenses, and required documents must be uploaded and verified in the system prior to or at onboarding.
• Drug screen must be completed and resulted before start with Medical Review Officer (MRO) signature.
• Some forms require signatures on specific pages and must be on file in the vendor management system.
• Declinations for vaccines are accepted with agency letterhead except in California and Illinois.

This position is suitable for CT Technologists who meet the certification and licensing requirements and can work night shifts in a long-term assignment setting.
