  • Neurosurgery
  • General surgery
  • Robot Xi
  • Urology
  • Gynecology (GYN)
  • Endovascular/vascular
• Preferred Experience: ENT (Ear, Nose, Throat)

Licensure & Credentials

• Michigan license verification required for nurses (not applicable for CST but noted for reference).
• Skills checklist completed within one year of application required for RN specialties; preferred but not required for other professions.
• Physical copies of certifications required only if specifically listed.

Additional Job Details

• Strict 3-strike attendance policy effective 6/1/2024:

  • More than 3 absences or being over 20 minutes late 3 times may result in immediate termination.
  • Exceptions considered for communicable diseases or hospitalization with supporting evidence.
• Surgical services cover a wide range of procedures including general elective and critical/life-saving surgeries.
• Full-time employees of the health system are not eligible for contract hire within six months of employment.
