Travel Radiologic Technologist (Rad Tech)
Location: Indianapolis & Carmel, Indiana
Employment Type: Travel Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Position Overview
- Role: Radiologic Technologist (RT) - Diagnostic Imaging and Surgery
- Number of Openings: 1
- Shift Details:
- Indianapolis: Saturday & Sunday, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
- Carmel: Float 2 eight-hour day shifts during the week (dependent on surgery schedule)
- Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 24
- Weekend Hours: 24
- Call Requirements: Some after-hours call at Carmel location during the week; no weekend call (very low call volume)
- Float Requirement: Yes, between Indianapolis and Carmel locations (not on the same day)
Required Qualifications
- Certifications:
- BLS
- ISDH License/Accreditation
- ARRT
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in Radiologic Technology specialty
- Must Have Skills/Experience:
- Surgery/Operating Room experience
- Diagnostic Imaging
- Stationary Fluoroscopy procedures for Arthrograms
- Preferred Experience: Hospital setting experience
Unit & Equipment Information
- Indianapolis Facility: 550 inpatient beds, 80 ER bays
- Carmel Facility: 5 OR suites, inpatient stays up to 15 days
- Equipment Used: Siemens, OEC, GE, Carestream, AIRO CT
- EMR System: EPIC
- Patient Type: Mixed patient population
