Travel Radiologic Technologist (Rad Tech)

Location: Indianapolis & Carmel, Indiana
Employment Type: Travel Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Position Overview

• Role: Radiologic Technologist (RT) - Diagnostic Imaging and Surgery
• Number of Openings: 1
• Shift Details:

  • Indianapolis: Saturday & Sunday, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
  • Carmel: Float 2 eight-hour day shifts during the week (dependent on surgery schedule)
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 24
• Weekend Hours: 24
• Call Requirements: Some after-hours call at Carmel location during the week; no weekend call (very low call volume)
• Float Requirement: Yes, between Indianapolis and Carmel locations (not on the same day)

Required Qualifications

• Certifications:

  • BLS
  • ISDH License/Accreditation
  • ARRT
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in Radiologic Technology specialty
• Must Have Skills/Experience:

  • Surgery/Operating Room experience
  • Diagnostic Imaging
  • Stationary Fluoroscopy procedures for Arthrograms
• Preferred Experience: Hospital setting experience

Unit & Equipment Information

• Indianapolis Facility: 550 inpatient beds, 80 ER bays
• Carmel Facility: 5 OR suites, inpatient stays up to 15 days
• Equipment Used: Siemens, OEC, GE, Carestream, AIRO CT
• EMR System: EPIC
• Patient Type: Mixed patient population
