Job Opportunity: Nuclear Med Tech (Travel)

Location: Sierra Vista, Arizona
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Position Details

Specialty: Nuclear Medicine Technology (CNMT)
Shift: Monday to Thursday, 06:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Weekly Hours: 40 hours guaranteed
Weekend Hours: None
Call Requirements: None
Number of Openings: 1
Patient Population: Adult and Geriatric
Patient Ratios: 1:1
Equipment Used: GE DISCOVERY 830, Captus Thyroid Uptake Probe and Well
Electronic Health Record (EHR): Cerner

Requirements

Certifications:
- NMTCB (Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board)
- AZDHS (Arizona Department of Health Services)
- ARRT (N) Certification
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
Experience: Minimum 2 years working in a Nuclear Medicine department
Skills:
- Capable of performing a variety of nuclear medicine exams, including cardiac scans and SLN injections
Education: Associate degree from a Nuclear Medicine program
Dress Code:
- Scrubs of any color
- No acrylic nails, ball caps, or T-shirts except on Fridays
