Job Opportunity: X-Ray Technologist
Location: Boston, Massachusetts
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 12 weeks
Schedule
- Saturday & Sunday: 7:30 PM – 8:00 AM
- Monday & Tuesday: 11:30 PM – 8:00 AM
Required Specialty Experience
- X-Ray Technologist (Radiologic Technologist)
- Years of Experience: Not explicitly stated; assume minimum standard for X-Ray Technologist roles (verify with recruiter)
Certifications & Licenses Required
- BLS (Basic Life Support): AHA preferred; Red Cross accepted in some locations

- TB Test: Documentation of TB skin test or negative QuantiFERON/T-spot blood test within 3 months of start date; updated if >6 month break
- Health Statement: Physician-signed within 365 days of start date; updated if >6 month break
- Criminal Background Checks: Including Massachusetts CORI, SSN Trace, National Sex Offender Check, and Exclusion Checks (OIG, GSA, Medicaid lists)
- Resume: Must include past 7 years of work experience with city & state
- References: Two recent references, at least one supervisor or above, in skillset
- Skills Checklist: Required for submission
- Assignment Confirmation Form: Required for onboarding and extensions
- Education Verification: Highest level of education must be verified
Additional Preferred/Optional Credentials
- Hepatitis B Vaccination or Immunity Proof: Strongly preferred but optional
- Tdap Vaccine: Preferred, updated within 10 years
- Positive PPD Follow-up: If positive TB test, chest x-ray documentation required
- Respirator Medical Clearance (RMC) Attestation: Required if fit test is required

- Must comply with all credentialing and onboarding requirements prior to start date
- No religious or medical exemptions for N95 fit testing or influenza vaccine
- Fit testing updates can only be done at select locations if assignment is extended
- Background checks and credential verifications are stringent and must be completed timely
