• Perform special procedures, vascular and cardiovascular procedures.
• Establish and maintain quality diagnostic studies.
• Coordinate special procedure examinations to ensure quality and continuity of patient care.
• Assist in implementing patient care plans.

Requirements

• Education:

  • Associate’s degree in Radiology Technology OR
  • Graduate of a JRCERT Accredited Radiography Program (required)
• Certifications:

  • ARRT registration (required)
  • BLS certification (required)
  • ACLS certification within one year of hire (required)
• Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Vascular and Cardiac Cath Lab or Special Procedures (preferred)
• Licensing:

  • Michigan license verification required for nurses (if applicable)
• Additional:

  • Must live/stay within 30 minutes of the facility during the assignment (not a submission requirement)

Notes

• Prior travel experience is not explicitly required.
• Physical copies of certifications are required only if listed above.
• Full-time employees of the health system are not eligible for contract hire within six months of employment.
• The facility is a community hospital with a strong focus on cardiovascular care and special procedures.

Summary

This is a temporary technologist position in a Cath Lab setting requiring at least 1 year of relevant experience, ARRT registration, and current BLS and ACLS certifications. The contract length is approximately 13 weeks. Candidates should be prepared to live within 30 minutes of the facility during the assignment.
