- Tdap vaccination (declinations not accepted)
- Annual respirator fit test (must be completed prior to start if not available onsite)
- National criminal background check within one year of start date
- Drug screening (minimum 10-panel test, including THC; special requirements for CA locations)
- Physical/Health statement (must state clear to work)
- Driver’s license, State ID, or Passport
