Description
Job Opportunity: Cath Lab Technician
Location: Reno, Nevada
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Schedule
- 4 x 10-hour shifts (7 AM - 5 PM)
- On-call one weeknight per week (14 hours)
- One full weekend (Friday-Sunday) every two weeks
Job Description
- Work in a diagnostic cath lab performing PCI, EP, device procedures, and some structural cases
Required Certifications & Licenses
- BLS (American Heart Association or Red Cross)
- Professional license verification (primary source verification within 30 days of start)
- Driver’s License, State ID, or Passport
Required Health & Immunization Credentials
- COVID-19 Vaccine: 2 vaccines plus booster or completed declination
- MMR: Proof of 2 vaccines at least 28 days apart or positive titer
- Hepatitis B: Vaccination required, no declinations accepted
- Influenza Vaccine: Required during flu season (Nov 1 - Mar 31), no declinations accepted
- TB Test: Within 1 year of start date
- Varicella: Proof of 2 vaccines at least 28 days apart or positive titer
- Tdap: Vaccination required, no declinations accepted
- Physical/Health Statement: Must be completed within 60 days of start and state clearance to work
- Positive PPD with Negative Chest X-Ray: If applicable, negative chest x-ray within 3 months required
Required Professional Credentials & Testing
- Prime Education Verification (diploma or transcripts accepted if third-party verification unavailable)
- Prime OIG check
- Prime Criminal Background Check (within 1 year of start)
- Prime SAM/EPLS exclusion search
- Prime Agency Attestation (completed after all credentials uploaded)
- Prime Form I-9 (employment eligibility verification)
- Prime Core Competencies Exam (minimum 80%)
