Physical Therapist (PT) - Wisconsin, Beaver Dam

Job Details

Requirements

• Certifications: BLS (AHA) required
• Experience:

  • Must have strong orthopedic skills.
  • For inpatient PT: school experience accepted.
  • For outpatient PT: minimum 1 year of outpatient/PT clinic experience (school experience does not count).
  • Prefer candidates with dry needling certifications and neuro experience.
  • Must be well-rounded to work with various specialties.
• Prior Travel Experience: Not required; first-time travelers are welcome.
• Patient Load: 12 to 16 patients per day
• Patient Types: Orthopedic, neurological
• Care Settings: Acute care inpatient and outpatient

Work Schedule

• Typical day shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday
• Option to work 4 ten-hour shifts with a random day off during the week
• No weekend or holiday requirements

Orientation & Other Information

• Department-specific orientation: 1 week with an assigned mentor (3 days orientation, then caseload)
• Dress code: Business casual or scrubs
• Clinicians must clock in and out at the facility
• Open to travel duos/pairs

This position is suitable for PTs with strong orthopedic skills and at least 1 year of outpatient experience if working outpatient. Prior travel experience is not required.
