Position Overview

• Role: Nuclear Medicine - PET/CT Technologist
• Number of Openings: 1
• Shift: 1 (40 hours per week guaranteed)
• Weekend Hours: None
• Call Requirements: None
• Patient Volume: 3-5 patients per day
• Equipment: GE PET and Nuclear Medicine systems
• Electronic Health Record (EHR): Med Host
• Work Environment: The technologist will work independently as the only technologist in the facility.

• State-of-the-art hospital with 52 medical/surgical beds, 12 acute rehab beds, 12 ICU beds, and an 8-bed labor/delivery/post-partum unit

• Diagnostic imaging includes digital mammograms, x-rays, PET-CTs, and nuclear medicine
• Picture Archival Communication (PAC) system for instant access to digital images

Requirements

• Certifications:

  • Arizona Nuclear Medicine License
  • ARRT (N) or NMTCB Certification
  • BLS Certification
• Years of Experience in Specialty: 2 years (higher value between 1 and 2 years)
• Ability to work independently
• Preferred Experience: Split time between PET/CT and Nuclear Medicine

Contract Length

• 13 weeks
