Job Opportunity: RN Critical Care

Location: Hartford, Connecticut
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks


Job Details

  • Full-time, 36 hours per week (48 hours/week considered)
  • Every Other Week (EOW) schedule
  • Required Certifications:
    • BLS (Basic Life Support)
    • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
    • NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale)
  • Preferred Certification: TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)
  • Preferred Experience: Level 1 or Level 2 trauma experience

  • 2 Step PPD or IGRA test (TB screening) with chest x-ray if positive (per state requirements)
  • Varicella vaccination proof or IgG titer
  • Physical/Health Statement (exam within last year)
  • 10 Panel Drug Screen (completed within 30 days of start, no THC)

  • Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form
  • Criminal Background Check (federal, nationwide, county for last 7 years)
  • Education Verification (highest academic degree or diploma)
  • EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) check within 30 days
  • OIG (Office of Inspector General) exclusion check within 30 days
  • Joint Commission CORE Exam within last year
  • NSO (National Sex Offender) check within 30 days
  • System Access Form (completed and uploaded one week before start)
  • OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions check within 30 days
  • Tdap vaccine (current, non-expired; declination accepted if no pediatric interaction)
