Job Opportunity: CT Technologist (Travel)
Location: Beachwood, Ohio
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Overview
The CT Technologist is responsible for performing high-quality computed tomography procedures.
Required Experience

- Influenza Vaccine: Required during flu season (Oct-Mar) or must complete masking and declination forms
- 2-Step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot): Negative within last 6 months; if positive, clear chest x-ray and current TB questionnaire required
- Fit Test: Completed within 1 year prior to start
- Physical Exam: Completed within 1 year prior to start, must state ability to work without restrictions
Background & Compliance Checks
- Criminal Background Check: Within 6 months, including Social Security Trace, County searches, National Sex Offender, and FBI checks as applicable
- OIG Search, SAM/EPLS/GSA/OFAC verifications: Within 6 months prior to start
- Drug Screen: 10-panel urine drug screen within 60 days prior to start (no instant screens)
- Employment Verification: Verification of employment within last 5 years through third-party
- Education Verification: Highest level of education verified through third-party
- UHS I-9 Attestation: Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
Competency & Training Requirements
- UHS Competency Exam: Must score at least 80%, completed within 1 year prior to start
- UHS Core Competencies: Includes HIPAA, Joint Commission-NPSG, OSHA topics; 80% passing score required
- UHS Skills Checklist: Clinical skill-specific checklist to be completed within 1 year prior to start
- UHS Module Completion Certificate: Completion of required safety and compliance training modules prior to clearance; renewal annually
