Job Overview

The CT Technologist is responsible for performing high-quality computed tomography procedures.

Required Experience

• Fit Test: Completed within 1 year prior to start
• Physical Exam: Completed within 1 year prior to start, must state ability to work without restrictions

Background & Compliance Checks

• Criminal Background Check: Within 6 months, including Social Security Trace, County searches, National Sex Offender, and FBI checks as applicable
• OIG Search, SAM/EPLS/GSA/OFAC verifications: Within 6 months prior to start
• Drug Screen: 10-panel urine drug screen within 60 days prior to start (no instant screens)
• Employment Verification: Verification of employment within last 5 years through third-party
• Education Verification: Highest level of education verified through third-party
• UHS I-9 Attestation: Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.

Competency & Training Requirements

• UHS Competency Exam: Must score at least 80%, completed within 1 year prior to start
• UHS Core Competencies: Includes HIPAA, Joint Commission-NPSG, OSHA topics; 80% passing score required
• UHS Skills Checklist: Clinical skill-specific checklist to be completed within 1 year prior to start
• UHS Module Completion Certificate: Completion of required safety and compliance training modules prior to clearance; renewal annually
