Job Description
- Provide care to patients across the lifespan in the Emergency Room (ER) setting.
Experience Requirements
- Specialty: Registered Nurse (ER)

Health and Immunization Requirements
- Physical Exam: Physician statement within 2 months of start.
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray: QGold or T-Spot within 90 days of start or 2 PPDs as specified.
- Immunizations:
- TDAP vaccine within 10 years of start.
- Measles (Rubeola), Mumps, Rubella: Positive titer or 2 vaccines required.
- Hepatitis B: Positive antibody titer or completed vaccine series required; declinations not accepted.
- Varicella: Positive titer or 2 vaccines required.
- Flu Vaccination: Required for all RNs; declination only accepted with facility-specific form and masking policy adherence.
