Job Opportunity: RN - Klein Center LTC - Nights
Location: West Burlington, Iowa

Job Description
- Provide routine daily nursing care and other services based on each resident’s assessment, preferences, and care plan.
- Collaborate closely with the RN Manager to manage day-to-day operations.
- Facility size: 160 beds.
- Resident-to-nurse ratios to be discussed during the interview.
- Must have BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Position can also be filled by an LPN.
Required Experience
- Specialty: RN LTC

Required Certifications and Licenses

- Health statement/physician statement within last 12 months.
- Varicella (2 vaccines or positive titer; booster or declination accepted if low/equivocal).
- Tdap vaccine valid within 10 years (declination accepted).
- Influenza vaccine during season (Sept 1 – March 31) or facility declination accepted.
Additional Information
- Must complete OSHA questionnaire prior to start.
- Driver’s license or state ID required.
- Background checks and other professional screenings must be current (within 30 days of start).
- Skills checklist must be completed within the last 12 months.
This position offers an opportunity to work in a long-term care setting with a supportive team and a well-established facility. Prior travel experience is not required, making it suitable for both new and experienced travel nurses.
