Job Description
- Position in a Neuro Med/Surg Telemetry unit certified as a Stroke Center and Level IV Epilepsy Monitoring Unit (EMU).
- Patient population primarily neuro-related diagnoses; also serves as telemetry overflow for other patient types.
- Nurses will have the opportunity to practice skills beyond neurology.
- May be floated to other units as needed to support hospital operations.
- Schedule includes every other weekend and holiday shifts.
- Guaranteed 36 hours per week.
- Longer contracts may be available.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse license.
- Neurology experience.
- Med/Surg and Telemetry experience.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
