Description
Job Opportunity: Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - Travel Position
Location: Seattle, Washington
Specialty: Respiratory Therapy (RRT)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Description
- Provide cardiopulmonary services to inpatients and outpatients following approved protocols and department policies.
- Assist physicians with invasive and non-invasive procedures.
- Deliver medicated aerosols via medical compressed gas.
- Maintain airways and manage ventilators.
- Perform insertion of arterial lines and intubations.
- Conduct pulmonary function studies, cardiac and pulmonary stress tests, and blood gas analysis.
Requirements
- Must be a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certified by the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC).
- Must hold a valid Washington State Respiratory Therapist license.
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications through the American Heart Association are required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in respiratory therapy.
- Prior travel experience is not explicitly required.
