Required Qualifications

• Must be registered in Breast Sonography by ARDMS.
• Highest required years of experience: Not explicitly stated; assume standard experience for Breast Sonographer roles.

Certifications & Licenses (Required)

• BLS (AHA preferred; Red Cross accepted in some locations)
• Professional license verification (MA Conditional Licenses not accepted)
• N95 Fit Test (within 365 days of start date, updated annually)
• MMR vaccination or proof of immunity
• Influenza vaccine (required during flu season, no exemptions)
• TB test (skin test or blood test within 3 months of start date, updated if >6 month break)
• Health statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA (within 365 days of start date)
• Respirator Medical Clearance (RMC) Attestation (if fit test required)

Additional Health & Safety Requirements

• Documentation of two measles, two mumps, and one rubella vaccine or two MMR vaccines, or proof of immunity.
• Strongly preferred Hepatitis B vaccination or proof of immunity (declination accepted).
• Tdap vaccine preferred (within 10 years).
• Positive TB test requires documentation of a negative chest x-ray.
• TB Symptom Survey if positive PPD (prior TB test).

Background & Professional Requirements

• Criminal background check within 45 days prior to start date, including Massachusetts CORI check.
• National sex offender registry check within 30 days of start and updated annually.
• Exclusion checks (OIG, GSA, MassHealth, NH Medicaid) within 30 days of start and annually.
• Social Security Number trace covering past 7 years.
• Verification of highest level of education achieved.
• Resume including past 7 years of work experience with city and state.
• Two recent references, at least one supervisor or above, in skillset.
• Skills checklist required for submission.
• Candidate submission coversheet required.
• Confirmation of assignment/POI form required for onboarding.
