Job Description

• Must be CT certified and hold California licensure.
• Ability to work both X-ray and CT modalities.
• Able to start IVs.
• Must be able to work independently and collaborate well with other departments.
• Day shifts with mandatory weekend work (no exceptions).

Required Credentials and Certifications

• Hepatitis B vaccination (declinations not accepted).

• TB test within one year of start date.

• Tdap vaccine as an adult (declinations not accepted).
• Annual respirator fit test (must be completed prior to start if not available onsite).
• Physical/Health statement completed annually, must state clear to work.
• National criminal background check within one year of start.
• Driver’s license, State ID, or Passport.
• Prime CA Sexual Harassment Prevention Training (valid for 2 years).
• Drug screening: Minimum 10-panel urine drug screen excluding THC plus psychoactive THC saliva test (California law compliant).
• Color-blind test (updated annually).
• Prime SAM/EPLS exclusion check.
• Prime Specialty Exam and Core Competencies Exam (must score 80% or higher).
• Prime Skills Checklist.
• Prime Criminal Background Check.
• Prime Form I-9 (Employment eligibility verification).
