Description

Job Opportunity: CT Tech (Radiology / Cardiology)

Location: Paris, Tennessee
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Work Schedule

Shifts: 9pm - 7am, Monday through Thursday

Required Qualifications

ARRT CT and/or ARRT R certification
BLS certification (AHA or ARC acceptable)
Minimum 1 year of CT experience (highest required experience)
Knowledge of IV competency, CTA work
Experience with Altera EMR, McKesson/Change PACS
Portable X-ray and X-ray per facility protocols

Certifications & Licenses

ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) required for RNs and RRTs
BLS (Basic Life Support) required for all candidates
Other certifications may be required depending on specialty (e.g., PALS, NRP, NIH Stroke Certification)
State License verification required

Background & Compliance Requirements

Background check within 30 days of start, covering all locations lived/worked in past 7 years
EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG checks required within 30 days of start and updated for renewals
Diploma/transcript required for Cath Lab specialty
Physical exam within 1 year of start, attesting ability to meet physical demands
Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
Drug testing: Negative 10-panel within 30 days of start (instant tests not accepted)
COVID vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption required prior to start
Seasonal flu vaccination required during flu season (no exemptions accepted)

Additional Requirements

EPIC Test Out required for all candidates except Sterile Processing Tech and those assigned to this specific hospital (one attempt only; failure results in contract cancellation)
Proof of 2 clinical references or hospital evaluations
Complete employment application/resume required
Skills checklist as applicable to profession/specialty

Locals and first-time travelers are accepted at the same rate
Prior travel experience is not explicitly required for this position
