Job Opportunity: Ultrasound Sonographer

Location: Dover, New Hampshire
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 12 weeks


Schedule & Assignment Details

  • 12-week assignment
  • 4x10 hour day shifts
  • Shift hours: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Workdays: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Saturday
  • On-call duties required
  • Local travelers will not be considered

Specialty & Experience Requirements

  • Specialty: Ultrasonographer
  • Strong experience required in:
    • General Ultrasound
    • Pediatrics
    • OB/GYN
  • Vascular ultrasound experience preferred
  • Years of experience: Not explicitly stated; assume minimum 2 years (typical for this specialty) unless otherwise specified by recruiter

Certifications & Licenses Required (Must be current and verifiable)

  • BLS (Basic Life Support) – AHA preferred
  • ARRT (S) Certification

  • N95 Fit Test (within 365 days, updated annually) – no religious exemptions
  • MMR vaccination or proof of immunity
  • Influenza vaccine required during flu season (Sept 15 – April 30) – no exemptions
  • TB test (skin test or blood test) within 3 months of start date, updated if >6 month break
  • Hepatitis B vaccination strongly preferred (or proof of immunity or declination)
  • Health Statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA within 365 days of start date
  • Tdap vaccine preferred (within 10 years)
  • Positive PPD requires negative chest x-ray documentation

Background & Professional Checks

  • Criminal background check within 45 days prior to start, updated if >6 month break
  • Social Security Number trace (7 years)
  • National sex offender registry check (within 30 days, updated annually)
  • Exclusion checks (OIG, GSA, Medicaid lists) within 30 days and annually
  • New Hampshire state-specific criminal and BEAS record checks within 30 days prior to start
  • Education verification (highest level achieved)
  • Resume including past 7 years of work experience
  • Two recent references (minimum one supervisor or above)
  • Skills checklist required for submission
  • Confirmation of assignment form required upon acceptance
