Job Description

• Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM
• General cases include:

  • Abdomen
  • OBGYN
  • Small parts
  • Abdominal vascular
  • Lower extremity venous for DVT
  • Follicular
• NICU and OR experience is a plus
• Equipment used: GE Logiq E10, E9, and GE Voluson

Experience Requirements

• Specialty: Sonographer

Credentials & Compliance Requirements

• Professional photo (color, recent within 6 months, no filters, plain background, no eyeglasses)
• BLS certification (AHA preferred)

• N95 fit test within 365 days of start date, updated annually (no onsite fit testing)
• MMR vaccination or proof of immunity
• Influenza vaccine required during flu season (Sept 15 – April 30), no exemptions
• TB screening within 3 months of start date (skin test or blood test), updated if >6 month break
• Health statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA within 365 days of start date
• Criminal background checks including:

  • MGB Criminal Background Check (past 7 years)
  • Massachusetts CORI check
  • National Sex Offender Registry check
  • Exclusion checks (OIG, GSA, MassHealth, NH Medicaid)
• Resume including past 7 years of work experience with city & state
• References: 2 recent, minimum 1 supervisor or above in skillset
• Skills checklist required for submission
• Confirmation of assignment form required
• Education verification (highest level achieved)
• SSN trace for past 7 years addresses
• Respirator Medical Clearance attestation (if fit test required)
• Positive TB test requires chest x-ray documentation showing no active TB

Preferred / Optional

• Hepatitis B vaccination or proof of immunity or declination
• Tdap vaccination within 10 years (preferred)
• TB symptom survey if positive PPD

This position requires strict adherence to credentialing, vaccination, and background check protocols prior to onboarding.
