• Physical/Health Statement – Must be completed within 60 days of start and state clear to work
• Drug Screening – Minimum 10-panel test including THC (with specific CA testing requirements) within 60 days of start

Requirements/Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Nevada
• Minimum of 1 year of Operating Room (OR) experience, with OR experience within the last year
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification issued by American Heart Association or Red Cross
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification issued by American Heart Association or Red Cross
