Job Opportunity: OR RN (RN Surgery)
Location: Reno, Nevada
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 12 weeks
Required Specialty Experience
- Registered Nurse with experience in Surgery

- TB Test – Within one year of start date
- Varicella – Proof of 2 vaccines at least 28 days apart or positive titer
- Tdap (Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis) – Vaccination required; declinations not accepted
- Physical/Health Statement – Must be completed within 60 days of start and state clear to work
- Drug Screening – Minimum 10-panel test including THC (with specific CA testing requirements) within 60 days of start

- Fit Test – Annual respirator fit test (optional, depending on location)
- Prime Core Competencies Exam – Must score 80% or higher
- Prime Specialty Exam – Must score 80% or higher
- Prime Skills Checklist – Required
- Prime Color-blind Test – Annual requirement
- National Criminal Background Check – Within one year of start date; some state-specific exceptions apply
- Prime Agency Attestation – Required
- Prime SAM/EPLS (Excluded Individual List) Search – Required

- Prime Resume – Must be up to date and reflect recent work history at time of offer acceptance

Requirements/Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Nevada
- Minimum of 1 year of Operating Room (OR) experience, with OR experience within the last year
