Job Opportunity: CT Technologist

Location: Clinton, Iowa
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks


Work Schedule

  • Hours: 0600 - 1800
  • Every other weekend
  • Holiday rotation

Required Certifications & Licenses

  • ARRT - CT certification
  • BLS (American Heart Association)
  • Current state license/certification verification (dated within 30 days of start)

Required Experience

  • Specialty: CT Technologist

Onboarding & Compliance Requirements

Candidates must provide the following documentation and meet these requirements prior to start:

Health & Immunizations

  • Fit Test
  • Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen (completed within 30 days of start; no THC)
  • COVID-19 Vaccine (including Sept 2025 booster, or approved declination/exemption except CA or IL)
  • Influenza Vaccine (proof or declination/exemption; declination not accepted for CA or IL)
  • MMR (proof of 2 vaccinations or IgG titer)
  • Hepatitis B vaccination series (proof of 1st shot prior to start)
  • Varicella (proof of 1 vaccination or IgG titer)
  • 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) with chest x-ray if positive TB as per regional requirements
  • Tdap vaccine (current, non-expired; declination accepted if no pediatric interaction)
  • Physical/Health Statement (exam within last year confirming fitness to work)

Professional & Background Checks

  • Trinity Code of Conduct Form (signed)
  • Trinity I9 form
  • Confidentiality and System Security Agreement (signed)
  • Integrity and Audit Services Form (signed shortly before start)
  • Non Employee Upload Form (pages 1-3 and 28)
  • Specialty Specific Competency Testing (copy of specialty exam within last year)
  • Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form (signed)
  • Criminal Background Check (Federal, Nationwide, County for last 7 years; SSN verification; dated within 30 days of start)
  • Education Verification (highest academic degree or diploma/GED verified)
  • EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) report dated within 30 days
  • GSA/OIG exclusion check dated within 30 days
  • Joint Commission CORE Exam within last year
  • NSO (National Sex Offender) check dated within 30 days (includes aliases and locations)
  • System Access Form (completed and uploaded one week before start)
  • Skills Checklist (provided by agency for clinical contractors)
  • Child and Adult Dependent Abuse Training (Iowa only)
  • Iowa Sing Report (Criminal History, Sex Offender, Dependent Adult & Child Abuse Registries check; within 30 days prior to start)
  • OFAC Sanctions Check (within 30 days of start)

Additional Notes

  • Resume, Skills Checklist (within one year), and 2 professional references required for submission.
  • All certifications and verifications must be uploaded to the system as scanned copies with visible expiration dates where applicable.
  • Compliance with all immunization and background check requirements is mandatory for onboarding.
