Job Opportunity: Physical Therapist (PT) - Travel Position

Location: Ontario, California
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Start Date: January 30, 2026
Facility Setting: Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH)
Number of Positions: 1
Reason for Opening: Replacement of permanent staff
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
EMR System: Protouch
Dress Code: Navy Blue Scrubs
Facility Size: 50-80 beds
Floating Requirements: May be required to float between Kindred Rancho and Ontario units

Experience Requirements

Specialty: Physical Therapy (PT)
Years of Experience: 2 years (seasoned in acute care, preferably LTACH setting)
Prior Travel Experience: Not explicitly required
