Job Opportunity: CST/ORT - Operating Room (Travel)
Location: Marquette, Michigan
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Summary
- Position: Surgical Technologist (CST/ORT)
- Facility Type: 225-bed specialty care hospital with Heart & Vascular Institute, Cancer Center, Brain & Spine, Rehab, Behavioral Health, Digestive Health, Bariatric Medicine & Weight Management, Women's Health, Pediatrics
- Unit: Operating Room
- Shift: Four 10-hour shifts, 6:45 AM – 5:15 PM
- Call Requirements: 7 days per month including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
- Weekend Hours: On-call only
- Patient Population: Adults primarily, minimal pediatrics (outpatient only)
- Equipment: Robotics (Da Vinci), Mako, Holmium Laser, Hana table
- EHR System: Cerner
Required Qualifications
- Certification: Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) and BLS
- Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Surgical Technologist, with multiple specialties
- Preferred Experience: Neurosurgery and Orthopedic experience preferred
- Education: Surgical Technology diploma or certification
- Call: Required 7 days per month
- Float: None

- Patient Ratios: 1:1
- Dress Code: Scrubs provided and laundered by hospital; outside attire not allowed

- Prior travel experience is not explicitly required.
- This is a travel assignment; candidates must be located 60 miles or more from the facility to qualify as travel.
