Job Opportunity: Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (Travel/Contract)

  • TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) preferred but not required

Compliance and Documentation Requirements

• Proof of I9 or Attestation
• Government-issued photo ID (must be carried during hours of service)
• Background checks including 7-year criminal history, federal criminal, sex offender, and DMV searches
• E-Verify proof or attestation
• Residency Declaration Form if working on a compact license
• Physical exam within 12 months, including clearance to work and free of communicable diseases
• Immunizations and titers required or documentation of:

  • Tdap
  • Negative TB test or chest X-ray
  • Measles (Rubeola), Mumps, Rubella (MMR vaccines or titers)
  • Hepatitis B (series, titer, or declination)
  • Varicella (vaccines or titer)
• Drug screening (9 or 10 panel) within 12 months
• Flu vaccine mandatory during flu season (Oct 31 - Mar 31) unless medically exempt
• COVID-19 vaccine not required; declination or exemption accepted on facility form
• Proof of 2 clinical or professional references
• Skills checklist and competency exams (pharmacology, unit-specific) with minimum passing scores
• Completion of facility-specific training modules and acknowledgment of safety manuals
• Confidentiality agreement and standards of performance signed prior to start

• Candidates must review and complete facility-specific training videos and modules prior to start
• Candidates will be required to complete return demonstrations for restraint training
