Job Opportunity: X-Ray Technologist (OP Tech)
Location: Boston, Massachusetts
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)

Job Description
- Position: Radiologic Technologist
- Specialty: X-Ray Technologist
Required Credentials & Certifications
- BLS Certification (AHA preferred; Red Cross accepted in some locations)
- ARRT Certification
- Professional License Verification (Primary source verification required; MA Conditional Licenses not accepted)
- N95 Fit Test (Must be current within 365 days; no onsite fit testing; religious exemptions not considered)
- MMR Vaccination or Immunity Proof (2 measles, 2 mumps, 1 rubella vaccine or 2 MMR vaccines, or blood test proof)
- Influenza Vaccine (Required during flu season, Sept 15 - April 30; no exemptions)
- TB Test (Skin test or blood test within 3 months of start date; updated if >6 month break)
- Health Statement (Physician-signed within 365 days of start date; updated if >6 month break)
- Criminal Background Checks (Including Massachusetts CORI, SSN Trace, National Sex Offender Check, and Exclusion Checks)
- Resume (Including past 7 years of work experience with city & state)
- References (2 recent, minimum 1 supervisor or above in skillset)
- Skills Checklist (Required for submission)
- Confirmation of Assignment/POI Form (Required for all initial assignments and extensions)
- Education Verification (Highest level of education and certifications verified)
- Respirator Medical Clearance (RMC) Attestation (Required if fit test is required)
Preferred / Optional Credentials
- Hepatitis B Vaccination or Immunity Proof (Strongly preferred)
- Tdap Vaccine (Preferred, within 10 years)
- Positive PPD with Negative Chest X-Ray (If applicable)
- TB Symptom Survey (If positive PPD, completed prior to start and updated annually)
Additional Requirements
- Must comply with all credentialing and health requirements prior to start date.
- No religious or medical exemptions for N95 fit testing or influenza vaccine.
- Documentation must be current and updated as specified.
