Description
Job Opportunity: MRI Technologist
Location: Pontiac, Michigan
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 12 weeks
Work Schedule
- 4 to 10-hour shifts per week
- Every Other Week (EOW) rotation
Required Qualifications
Licenses & Certifications
- ARRT Certification (MRI Technologist)
- BLS (American Heart Association Basic Life Support)
Vaccinations & Health Requirements
- COVID-19 Vaccine: Proof of September 2025 booster, declination or exemption accepted except for CA or IL
- MMR: Proof of 2 vaccinations or IgG titer lab report
- Hepatitis B: Must have completed full vaccination series (3 shots) prior to start; titers not accepted
- Influenza Vaccine: Proof or declination for current flu season
- Varicella: Proof of 1 vaccination or IgG titer lab report
- Tdap: Current, non-expired vaccine; declinations accepted if no pediatric interaction
- 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot): Required; positive TB requires chest x-ray within last year for Michigan
- Fit Test: Required (specific note for Iowa)
Health & Drug Screening
- Physical/Health Statement: Documentation from exam within last year confirming fitness to work
- Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen: Completed within 30 days of start, must include specified substances (NO THC)
Background & Compliance
- Criminal Background Check: Federal, nationwide, county criminal from last 7 years plus SSN verification
- Education Verification: Highest level of academic education verified
- EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) Check
- GSA/OIG Exclusion Check
- NSO (National Sex Offender) Check: Must include statewide check for Michigan
- Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form
