Description

Job Opportunity: MRI Technologist

Location: Pontiac, Michigan
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 12 weeks


Work Schedule

  • 4 to 10-hour shifts per week
  • Every Other Week (EOW) rotation

Required Qualifications

Licenses & Certifications

  • ARRT Certification (MRI Technologist)
  • BLS (American Heart Association Basic Life Support)

Vaccinations & Health Requirements

  • COVID-19 Vaccine: Proof of September 2025 booster, declination or exemption accepted except for CA or IL
  • MMR: Proof of 2 vaccinations or IgG titer lab report
  • Hepatitis B: Must have completed full vaccination series (3 shots) prior to start; titers not accepted
  • Influenza Vaccine: Proof or declination for current flu season
  • Varicella: Proof of 1 vaccination or IgG titer lab report
  • Tdap: Current, non-expired vaccine; declinations accepted if no pediatric interaction
  • 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot): Required; positive TB requires chest x-ray within last year for Michigan
  • Fit Test: Required (specific note for Iowa)

Health & Drug Screening

  • Physical/Health Statement: Documentation from exam within last year confirming fitness to work
  • Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen: Completed within 30 days of start, must include specified substances (NO THC)

Background & Compliance

  • Criminal Background Check: Federal, nationwide, county criminal from last 7 years plus SSN verification
  • Education Verification: Highest level of academic education verified
  • EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) Check
  • GSA/OIG Exclusion Check
  • NSO (National Sex Offender) Check: Must include statewide check for Michigan
  • Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form
  • Confidentiality and Information System Security Agreement
  • Code of Conduct Form
