Job Opportunity: CT Technologist (Traveler)

Location: Chicago, Illinois
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Details

• Shift: Evening/Night (2:00 PM - 10:30 PM) with rotating weekends and nights as needed
• On-call requirement: Overnight and weekends, approximately 2-3 times per week
• Work hours: 40 hours per week
• Prior experience preferred
• EPIC experience required
• BLS certification required
• Must be able to work graveyard shifts

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license for Illinois
• BLS certification
• EPIC experience
• Prior experience as a CT Technologist preferred
• No explicit mention of required years of experience, but prior experience is preferred (assume minimum 1+ years)

Onboarding & Compliance Requirements

• Driver’s License or State ID required for onboarding
• Drug Screening: Minimum 10-panel test including THC (within 60 days of start)
• Annual Color-blind test
• COVID-19 vaccination: 2 vaccines plus booster or completed declination
• Proof of immunity or vaccination for MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, Influenza (or declination where allowed)
• Annual TB test and questionnaire (within 1 year of start date)
• Tdap vaccination (declination not accepted in some locations)
• Annual respirator fit test
• Physical/Health statement confirming clearance to work (annual)
• National criminal background check within one year of start date
• Social Security card verification
• Job description signed by employee
• Badge photo (clear headshot)
• Employment eligibility verification (Form I-9 or agency attestation)
• Completion of Prime Core Competencies Exam (minimum 80%)
• Prime Skills Checklist submission required
• Onboarding education attestation prior to clearance to start
