Job Opportunity: CT Technologist

Location: Maywood, Illinois
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM, including every third weekend
Contract Length: 12 weeks

Required Qualifications

• License: ARRT - CT certification required
• Certifications:

  • American Heart Association BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Experience:

  • Minimum years of experience not explicitly stated; assume standard for CT Technologist with ARRT-CT certification

• 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) test
• Varicella vaccination proof or IgG titer

• Resume, Skills Checklist (within last year), and 2 Professional References
• Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form
• Criminal Background Check (Federal, Nationwide, County - last 7 years) with SSN verification dated within 30 days
• Education Verification (highest level of academic education)
• EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) report dated within 30 days
• GSA/OIG Exclusion report dated within 30 days
• Joint Commission Testing (CORE Exam within last year)
• NSO (National Sex Offender) check dated within 30 days

Additional Information

• Must be able to work every third weekend
• All documentation must be uploaded to the agency’s system prior to start date as specified
