Job Opportunity: Physical Therapist (PT) - Therapy
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Employment Type: Travel Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Description
- Immediate start
- Must be licensed to practice Physical Therapy in Oklahoma
- Compliance with facility influenza vaccination policy required:
- Flu vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption necessary
- Masking required during flu season (Nov 1 - Mar 31) if exempt
- Work setting: Inpatient Rehabilitation Hospital
- Patient population includes neurological diagnoses, orthopedic conditions, debility, stroke, brain/spinal cord injuries, amputations, complex orthopedic injuries, and other rehabilitation needs
- Facility features modern therapy gyms, mobility therapy tools (e.g., robotic exoskeleton, virtual reality rehab tools), and a patient-centered environment
Work Schedule & Environment
- Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- Weekly guaranteed hours: 40
- Weekends preferred and flexible but not required
- No call requirements
- Patient ratio approximately 1:6
- Electronic Health Record system: UDS
Required Qualifications
- Current Oklahoma state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Physical Therapy (higher value from description)
- CPR/BCLS certification required
- Experience in inpatient rehabilitation highly preferred
- Acute or rehabilitation hospital experience preferred
- Degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelor’s or Doctorate)

- Facility has 35 beds
- Standard therapy equipment available
- No float or call requirements
- Scrub color: Black
- Reporting time on first day: 8:00 AM
