Job Opportunity: Telemetry RN
Location: Hartford, Connecticut
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Unit Description
- Surgical cardiology unit
- Schedule: 36 hours/week, 7 PM to 7:30 AM every other week (EOW)
- Experience preferred with post open heart patients and cardiac drips
Required Qualifications
- License: Valid RN license for Connecticut
- Certifications:
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- Experience: No explicit years stated, but preference for experience with post open heart patients and cardiac drips
- Prior travel experience: Not required
Required Onboarding and Compliance Documents
- Current license verification dated within 30 days of start
- BLS and ACLS certifications (front and back images)
- Fit Test
- Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing (completed within the last year)

- COVID-19 Vaccine (including booster or approved declination/exemption)
- MMR vaccination proof or IgG titer

- 2 Step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) with chest x-ray if positive TB
- Varicella vaccination proof or IgG titer
- Physical/Health Statement (exam within last year confirming fitness to work)
- 10 Panel Drug Screen (completed within 30 days of start, no THC)
