Description
Job Opportunity: Angio/Interventionalist
Location: Billings, Montana
Employment Type: Staffing - Supplier Sourced
Contract Length: 14 weeks (98 days ≈ 14 weeks)
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of vascular or interventional experience (higher value used: 2 years)
- Ability to recognize emergent patient situations and respond appropriately
- Ability to function independently and as part of a team
- Effective communication and interaction skills with caregivers and patients
- Understanding of anatomy, anatomic terminology, and positioning competency
- Knowledge and adherence to infection control and sterile techniques
- Competency in patient education, patient care, and patient identification protocols
- Experience in radiography and operating imaging equipment
- Experience in vascular procedures and performing angiography procedures
- Ability to provide life support in emergency situations
- Proper use of body mechanics during procedures
- Ability to maintain accurate documentation
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of Angio/Interventional experience
Additional Requirements
- Personal radiation monitoring badge (dosimeter) required for this assignment
- Providers are encouraged to use an existing badge from a previous employer or assignment if available to maintain continuous exposure records
