Position Details
- Specialty: Home Health
- Shift: Day shift, 5 days a week (0800-1630)
- Weekly Hours: 36 hours guaranteed
- Weekend Hours: None
- Call Requirements: None
- Patient Ratio: 1:5
- EMR System: EPIC
- Type of Patients: Wound care, IV therapy, Oasis documentation
- Dress Code: Black scrubs
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oklahoma
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Home Health nursing, with experience within the last year
- BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Experience in a Home Health setting
