Shift: Day shift, 5 days a week (0800-1630)
Weekly Hours: 36 hours guaranteed

Call Requirements: None
Patient Ratio: 1:5

Type of Patients: Wound care, IV therapy, Oasis documentation
Dress Code: Black scrubs

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oklahoma
Minimum 1 year of experience in Home Health nursing, with experience within the last year
BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Experience in a Home Health setting
