Job Opportunity: Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Location: Nantucket, Massachusetts
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 20 weeks

Job Description

Outpatient setting only
Work schedule: 4 shifts per week, each 10 hours long
Shifts start between 8:00 - 8:30 AM
Shared housing provided at no cost

Required Qualifications

Valid Massachusetts Physical Therapist (PT) license
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA preferred, Red Cross accepted)
Must meet all professional license verification requirements (no conditional licenses accepted)
Required health and safety vaccinations and screenings including:
- MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) immunity or vaccination
- Influenza vaccine (mandatory during flu season)
- TB test within 3 months of start date (skin test or blood test)
- Health statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA within 1 year
- Fit test for N95 respirator within 1 year of start date (no exemptions allowed)
Criminal background checks including Massachusetts CORI, SSN trace, national sex offender registry, and exclusion checks
Documentation of education verification
Resume including 7 years of work experience with city and state details
Two professional references within 4 years (minimum one supervisor-level)
Completion of FEMA ICS 100 training
Completion of MGB Nantucket Housing Agreement upon hire if using provided housing
