Job Description
- Work schedule: 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each (1900-0730)
- Rotating every 3rd weekend and holidays
- Required skills/certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, STABLE, Fetal Monitoring
Required Qualifications
Licenses & Certifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Indiana
- BLS (American Heart Association)
- ACLS (American Heart Association)
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program, AHA/American Academy of Pediatrics)
- Fetal Monitoring certification (AWHONN, Relias, or equivalent within past 2 years)
Experience
- Specialty: RN Labor and Delivery

- Health statement or physical exam prior to first assignment, updated annually
Background & Compliance
- Criminal background check including Social Security Trace, OIG Search, National Sex Offender Registry, and others within 30 days of assignment
- Drug screening: 12 panel urine drug screen within 30 days prior to start, updated annually
- Education verification within 90 days of start
- Employment verification for past 7 years
- License and certification primary source verification within 30 days prior to start
- Nursys verification within 30 days prior to start
- Completion of required onboarding and competency exams (Pharmacology, Specialty Exam, Core Competencies) with minimum 80% passing score
- Annual updates and retesting required for certain credentials if break in service > 90 days
Additional Requirements
- Resume/Profile submission
- At least two professional references prior to first assignment
- Driver’s license or state ID (must be valid and match home state for compact license)
- Headshot photo with white or blue background (no alterations)
