Job Description

• Work schedule: 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each (1900-0730)
• Rotating every 3rd weekend and holidays
• Required skills/certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, STABLE, Fetal Monitoring

Required Qualifications

Licenses & Certifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Indiana
• BLS (American Heart Association)
• ACLS (American Heart Association)
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program, AHA/American Academy of Pediatrics)
• Fetal Monitoring certification (AWHONN, Relias, or equivalent within past 2 years)

Experience

Health & Immunization Requirements

• Health statement or physical exam prior to first assignment, updated annually

Background & Compliance

• Criminal background check including Social Security Trace, OIG Search, National Sex Offender Registry, and others within 30 days of assignment
• Drug screening: 12 panel urine drug screen within 30 days prior to start, updated annually
• Education verification within 90 days of start
• Employment verification for past 7 years
• License and certification primary source verification within 30 days prior to start
• Nursys verification within 30 days prior to start
• Completion of required onboarding and competency exams (Pharmacology, Specialty Exam, Core Competencies) with minimum 80% passing score
• Annual updates and retesting required for certain credentials if break in service > 90 days

Additional Requirements

• Driver’s license or state ID (must be valid and match home state for compact license)
