Job Description
- Provide direct nursing care following established policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Implement and monitor patient care plans.
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition appropriately.
- Serve as primary coordinator for all disciplines to ensure well-coordinated patient care.
- Carry out physician and nursing orders.
- Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning with the healthcare team.

- Documented proof of two Varicella vaccines, serological evidence of immunity, or history verified by healthcare provider (no declinations accepted).
- Tdap vaccine valid within 10 years (no declinations accepted).
- Positive IGRA or PPD results, chest X-ray within one year showing no infection, and TB questionnaire completed (updated annually).
- 2-step PPD or IGRA within specified timeframes prior to start.
Other Requirements
- Fit Test for respiratory protection (preferred prior to start, can be completed onsite).
- Health statement or completed physical exam prior to first assignment, updated annually.
- Valid Driver’s License/State ID (must match address requirements for compact license if applicable).
- 12 Panel Drug Screen within 30 days prior to start, updated annually.
- Criminal background check including Social Security Trace, OIG Search, National Sex Offender, and other checks within 30 days prior to start, updated annually.

- Skills checklist completed within one year of start and updated annually.
- Pharmacology exam (minimum 80% score) prior to start and updated every 3 years.
- Specialty exam (minimum 80% or national benchmark) prior to start and updated every 3 years.
- Color vision test prior to start and updated every 3 years.
- Core competencies including HIPAA, Joint Commission, NPSG, OSHA topics completed within one year of start and updated every 3 years.
- Fetal monitoring certification if not covered on competency exam (AWHONN, Relias, or equivalent within past 2 years).
- Completion of onboarding requirements and attestations prior to or at start.
- Professional references (at least two) prior to first assignment.
- Resume/profile submission required.
