Job Description

• Day shift: 07:00 - 19:30
• Open Heart experience required

Required Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license for Ohio
• Open Heart ICU experience
• American Heart Association BLS certification
• American Heart Association ACLS certification (required for RNs in critical care units including CCU, MICU, SICU)
• Fit Test (e.g., N95 mask fit)
• 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) for TB screening
• 10-panel drug screen completed within 30 days of start
• Specialty-specific competency testing completed within the last year
• Physical/Health Statement confirming fitness to work (exam within last year)
• COVID-19 vaccine proof or approved exemption (declination not accepted in CA or IL)
• MMR vaccination or immunity proof
• Hepatitis B vaccination series (titers not accepted)
• Influenza vaccine or approved exemption (declination not accepted in CA or IL)
• Varicella vaccination or immunity proof
• License/Certificate verification dated within 30 days of start (including online verification such as NURSYS for RNs)
• Background checks including federal, nationwide, county criminal (last 7 years), SSN verification, EPLS, OIG/GSA exclusions, NSO (state-specific) all dated within 30 days of start
• Trinity Health-specific forms and agreements (Code of Conduct, Confidentiality, Conflict of Interest, Integrity and Audit Services, System Access Form) signed and on file prior to start
• Resume and skills checklist within the last year, plus 2 professional references
