Job Opportunity: CVICU RN - East (Travel)

Location: Columbus, Ohio

Experience Required:

• Open Heart experience required
• Minimum years of specialty experience: Not explicitly stated, assume at least 1+ year ICU experience based on specialty and open heart requirement

Required Qualifications

• Current RN license valid in Ohio
• BLS (American Heart Association certification)
• ACLS certification (required for RNs in CCU, MICU, SICU)
• Open Heart experience in ICU setting
• Fit Test (e.g., N95 mask fit test)
• 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) for TB screening (within last year or 5 years depending on region)
• 10-panel drug screen completed within 30 days of start
• Specialty-specific competency testing completed within the last year
• Physical/Health Statement confirming fitness to work (exam within last year)
• COVID-19 vaccine or approved exemption (with agency letterhead)
• MMR vaccination or immunity proof
• Hepatitis B vaccination series initiated prior to start (titers not accepted)
• Influenza vaccine or approved exemption (for current flu season)
• Varicella vaccination or immunity proof

Additional Professional Requirements

• Resume and skills checklist within the last year
• Two professional references
• License/certification verification dated within 30 days of start (including online verification such as NURSYS for RNs)
• Criminal background check (Federal, Nationwide, County) within last 7 years, dated within 30 days of start
• Education verification (highest level of academic education)
• Various Trinity Health compliance forms (Code of Conduct, Confidentiality Agreement, Conflict of Interest Disclosure, Integrity and Audit Services Form)
• Trinity system access and screening forms completed prior to start
• Drug screening and background checks must include all aliases and be current within 30 days
