Job Opportunity: CT Technologist (Travel)

Location: Canal Winchester, Ohio
Contract Length: 13 weeks

• Schedule: Thursday and Friday 07:00 - 19:30, and every other Saturday and Sunday 07:00 - 19:30

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license for Ohio
• American Heart Association BLS certification (current, with front and back of card)
• Specialty-specific competency testing completed within the last year
• License/certificate verification dated within 30 days of start
• Physical/Health Statement confirming fitness to work (exam within the last year)
• Proof of required vaccinations or approved exemptions, including:

  • COVID-19 vaccine (booster required by Sept 2025; declination not accepted for CA or IL)
  • MMR
  • Hepatitis B vaccination series (titers not accepted)
  • Influenza vaccine (seasonal, with declination or exemption accepted except CA or IL)
  • Varicella
  • 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot)
• Fit Test
• 10-panel drug screen completed within 30 days of start (NO THC)
• Criminal background check (Federal, Nationwide, County for last 7 years, including SSN verification) dated within 30 days of start
• Education verification (highest level of academic education)
• EPLS, GSA/OIG, NSO, and other required background screenings dated within 30 days of start
• Signed confidentiality, conflict of interest, code of conduct, integrity and audit services forms as required
• Trinity system access form completed one week before start
• Skills checklist provided by agency for clinical contractors

Experience
