Job Opportunity: RN - Long Term Care (LTC)

Location: Mt. Pleasant, Iowa
Employment Type: Travel Contract
Contract Length: 12 weeks


Job Description

  • Provide routine daily nursing care and other services based on resident assessments and care plans.
  • Assigned to a primary household of approximately 16 residents.
  • Collaborate closely with RN Manager to manage daily functions and provide skilled nursing for residents with complex needs.
  • Work schedule: 8-hour shifts, alternating between 40 hours one week and 32 hours the next (total 72 hours over 2 weeks).
  • Every other weekend required.

Required Qualifications

  • Current Iowa RN license.
  • BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA or ARC acceptable).
  • Minimum years of specialty experience: Not explicitly stated (default to standard RN LTC experience; no conflicting data).
