Job Opportunity: MRI Technologist

Location: Newton, Massachusetts
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

• Minimum 3 years of experience required
• Experience with Siemens MRI equipment preferred
• ARRT certification required

Required Qualifications

• Valid MRI Technologist license/certification as per state requirements
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA preferred)
• ARRT certification
• Documentation of immunizations and health screenings including:

  • MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) vaccination or immunity proof
  • Influenza vaccine (required during flu season)
  • TB screening within 3 months of start date
  • Hepatitis B vaccination or immunity (strongly preferred)
  • Tdap vaccine (preferred)
• N95 fit test within 365 days of start date, updated annually (no exemptions allowed)
• Physician health statement within 365 days of start date
• Criminal background checks including state and national registries, within 45 days prior to start date
• Verification of highest level of education achieved
• Resume including past 7 years of work experience with city and state
• Two professional references within 4 years, including at least one supervisor or higher
• Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission
• Respirator Medical Clearance attestation if fit test required

Additional Requirements

• Must comply with all health and safety protocols including annual updates of required vaccinations and screenings
• No conditional licenses accepted
• Prior travel experience is not explicitly required for this position
