Description

Job Opportunity: Ultrasound Sonographer - Days

Location: Dover, New Hampshire
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 11 weeks

Schedule

5x8 day shifts, Monday through Friday
Shift hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Required Qualifications

Valid New Hampshire state license
ARDMS or ARRT (S) certification
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA, Red Cross, CHSF, or Military accepted; AHA preferred)
Imaging Tech License for New Hampshire
Documentation of required immunizations and health screenings including:
- MMR (measles, mumps, rubella) vaccines or proof of immunity
- Influenza vaccine (required during flu season, no exemptions)
- TB screening within 3 months of start date (skin test or blood test)
- Health statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA within 1 year
- Fit test for N95 respirator within 1 year
- Criminal background check and related verifications (including national sex offender registry and exclusion checks)
- Verification of highest level of education achieved
Two professional references within the last 4 years (minimum one supervisor)
Resume including past 7 years of work experience with city and state
Skills checklist completed within 1 year
Confirmation of assignment form upon acceptance

Must comply with all state-specific background and license verifications
Prior travel experience is not explicitly required
