Job Opportunity: Ultrasound Sonographer

Location: Dover, New Hampshire
Employment Type: Travel Assignment
Contract Length: 11 weeks

Schedule

• Evening shifts, Monday through Friday
• Shift hours: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Required Qualifications

• Valid New Hampshire license for Ultrasonographer
• ARDMS or ARRT (S) certification
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA preferred)
• Documentation of required immunizations and health screenings, including:

  • MMR (measles, mumps, rubella) vaccines or proof of immunity
  • Influenza vaccine (required during flu season)
  • TB screening within 3 months of start date
  • Hepatitis B vaccination or immunity (strongly preferred)
  • Health statement signed by a licensed provider within the past year
  • Fit test for N95 respirator within the past year
• Background checks and verifications including:

  • Criminal background check within 45 days of start date
  • Education verification
  • National sex offender registry check
  • Exclusion list checks (OIG, GSA, Medicaid)
  • New Hampshire state-specific background checks
• Documentation of work history and references as required

• No religious or medical exemptions allowed for certain vaccine requirements
• Fit testing cannot be completed onsite; must be done prior to assignment
