Description

Job Opportunity: MRI Technologist - Evening Shift

Location: Cincinnati, Ohio
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (approximately 13 weeks)

Job Details

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts from 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM
No weekend or on-call requirements
Experience with GE MRI equipment preferred
Level 1 trauma experience preferred
Required specialty experience: 2 years
No prior travel experience required

Required Qualifications

Must be a registered MRI Technologist with ARRT certification
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Valid driver’s license or government-issued ID
Must meet all health and immunization requirements prior to start, including:
- MMR (proof of 2 vaccinations or positive titer)
- Hepatitis B (series of 3, positive titer, or declination accepted)
- Influenza vaccine (required during flu season; exemptions considered case-by-case)
- Tuberculosis test (completed within 30 days prior to assignment)
- Varicella (proof of 2 vaccinations or positive titer)
- Physical/Health statement within 1 year
Must complete a 9-panel drug screen within 90 days prior to start (marijuana excluded)
Criminal background check completed within 90 days prior to start, including nationwide searches
Two professional references from a charge nurse or higher within the last 2 years
Education verification of highest level completed
Recent color badge photo meeting specified criteria
Current skills checklist for MRI Technologist role completed within 12 months prior to start
Completion of annual compliance training module prior to start

Additional Information

No call required
This position is suitable for MRI Technologists seeking evening shifts without weekend or on-call duties
Preference given to candidates with experience on GE MRI equipment and trauma center exposure
