Job Description

• Outpatient physical therapy role in a community-based practice
• Patient population includes all age groups; pediatric experience is not required but must be competent if treating pediatrics
• Common diagnoses and treatments cover a broad outpatient scope
• Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, patients, and families is important

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in New Jersey
• Minimum of 1 year of Physical Therapist experience, including experience within the last year

Work Environment & Additional Information

• Facility uses Cerner EHR system
• No float requirements
• Dress code: Business casual or solid color scrubs with closed-toe shoes
• Visible facial piercings (including tongue) are not allowed
• Hair color must be natural tones (no unnatural colors like blue or pink)
• No artificial nails, extenders, gel polish, or materials that cannot be removed quickly
• Natural nails must be less than ¼ inch long and nail polish cannot be chipped
• Tattoos or body art that are obscene, sexual, racial, ethnic, or religious discrimination must be covered during work hours

• Prior travel experience is not required
• No weekend or call responsibilities
• Position may cover multiple outpatient locations within the region
