Description
MRI Technologist - Radiology
Location: Lafayette, Indiana
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 26 weeks
Position Details
- Specialty: MRI Technologist
- Number of Openings: 1
- Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM with call rotation
- Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
- Weekend Hours: None
- Call/Holiday Coverage: Call rotation and holiday rotation required
- Float Requirements: Minimal
Required Qualifications
- MRI Technologist with a minimum of 2 years of experience, including experience within the last year
- ARRT (MR) or ARMIT certification
- BLS certification
- Experience with Breast MRI
- Experience with MRI-guided biopsy
- Experience with implanted Cardiac Rhythm Management device lookup and scanning
Preferred Qualifications
- MRSO certification or experience
Work Environment
- Equipment: GE 450W MRI machine
- EMR System: Epic
- Unit Size: 250 beds
- Dress Code: Charcoal grey scrubs
Additional Information
- Free parking available at all entrances
- Reporting location includes directions to Radiology Waiting Room for check-in
- Call and holiday rotation required as part of the role
