Description
MRI Technologist Position
Location: Cincinnati, Ohio
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (approximately 13 weeks)
Schedule:
- Set schedule, 5 days per week
- Sunday through Thursday, 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM
- Must work these specific days and hours
- Holidays may be required occasionally
- No on-call required
Job Description
- Registered MRI Technologist with ARRT certification required
- Work in a Level 1 trauma center setting, both inpatient and outpatient
Required Qualifications
- Current ARRT registration for MRI Technologist
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Valid driver’s license or government-issued ID (address must match profile)
- Proof of immunizations and health requirements prior to start, including:
- MMR (2 vaccinations or positive titer; booster if needed)
- Hepatitis B (series, positive titer, or declination accepted)
- Influenza vaccine (required during flu season; exemptions considered case-by-case)
- Tuberculosis test (completed within 30 days prior to start; includes skin test or blood test and chest X-ray if prior positive)
- Varicella (2 vaccinations or positive titer; booster if needed)
- Physical/Health statement within 1 year
- Criminal background check completed within 90 days prior to start, including 7-year county and national checks, SSN trace, sex offender registry, and federal exclusions
- 9-panel drug screen completed within 90 days prior to start (marijuana removed from panel); must be repeated with any break in service
- Two professional references from a charge nurse or higher within the last 2 years
- Highest level of education verified (transcripts or third-party verification accepted)
- Recent color badge photo (taken within last 6 months, no selfies or filters, solid background)
- Current skills checklist completed within 12 months prior to start, specific to MRI Technologist role
- Completion of annual compliance training modules as assigned
Contract Length
- Approximately 13 weeks

- Must be able to commit to the specified night shift schedule without variation
