Job Details

• Specialty: Therapy/Rehabilitation
• Shift: 4x10 hour days

  • 2 days: 7am - 5pm
  • 2 days: 7am - 6pm
• Setting: Outpatient Orthopedic
• Patient Care: 60-minute one-on-one sessions, no overlapping patients
• Work Environment: Treatment rooms surrounding a large gym space

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Wisconsin
• Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapist experience, including experience within the last year
• Completion of at least one travel assignment as a Physical Therapist
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Compliance & Screening Requirements

• 7-year background check within 1 year of start date, updated annually
• Physical exam within 1 year of start date
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start date (QGold required; TSpot/PPD not accepted)
• Drug screening: Negative 10-panel drug screen with expanded opiates within 14 days before start (instant tests not accepted)
• Seasonal flu vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption required during flu season (October to March)
• Professional references: 2 verified within 2 years of start date

Additional Certifications & Competencies (as applicable)

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) – not required for this role but may be requested
• Other certifications and competency exams as applicable to specialty and profession
